Phobia and Phobos are the last descendants of a clan of exceptionally skilled assassins. However the whole clan was annihilated while they were on a mission. They believe that the culprit is Edermask and are chasing after him in order to get revenge (later, it's revealed that it's in fact done by Shadow). They are both considered skilled and are feared among the other bounty hunters.
